As part of the biannual workshop led by Claudio Colucci, students were asked to design a contemporary tasting area for the tea ceremony. The "Space design & retail design" workshop offers an immersion into the ritual world of Japanese tea art. The sensory aspect is of great importance here, through taste, touch and smell, but also through vision and hearing. How to exalt all the senses, multiply them and transcend them? How to create a multi-sensory interactivity and a new tasting gesture? The idea is to rediscover tea under an innovative and surprising aspect.
