Claudio Colucci designed the product « Skin » for Guzzini with the concept of proposing a new way to taste food. Colucci developed Skin together with Alain Passard, chef of Paris’ 3-star restaurant L’Arpège. Skin is a plate designed with the concept of « feeling food » in the way that one smells the bouquet of a glass of wine. The plate’s supple material treats a « primal approach to eating » while also offering a white background to glorify the visual presentation of the food.
